Synchronize your IFS environments.
In 3 clicks. Nothing missed. No risk.
Compare your IFS configuration tables across environments, visualize every difference, automatically resolve dependencies, and promote with full confidence — with a complete audit trail of every operation.

tracked and auditable
Promoting IFS configuration manually is inherently risky
Your consultants spend hours identifying which tables have changed, in what order to promote them, and which dependencies to account for. One mistake, one oversight — and you have a production bug on Friday evening.
The IFS Data Migration Tool covers this need, but it is complex, expensive, and requires rare technical profiles. You deserve better.
6 features for risk-free promotions
Each feature has been designed to eliminate a source of error or wasted time in your IFS promotions.
Functional tree of IFS tables
Browse the IFS table tree organized by business area — Finance, Supply Chain, CRM, Project Management. Find the tables to promote in seconds.
Line-by-line delta comparison
See exactly what differs between your source (CFG) and your target (UAT/PROD) before promoting anything. No surprises at execution time.
Automatic dependency resolution
ERP Control automatically detects and resolves dependencies between tables. The execution order is calculated for you — no more foreign key errors in PROD.
POST / PATCH / DELETE orchestration
The platform automatically determines whether each row should be created, updated, or deleted in the target environment — based on its actual state in IFS via the ODATA API.
Partial or bulk promotion
Select exactly which rows to promote — just one, a subset, or the entire table. Partial promotion is just as secure as bulk promotion.
Full history by session UUID
Every promotion is tracked: user, table, affected rows, line-by-line result (success/failure), timestamp. Identified by a unique session UUID — immutable and auditable.
A promotion in 3 steps
What your consultant used to do in 2 hours now takes less than a minute.
Select environments
Choose your source environment (e.g. CFG) and your target environment (e.g. UAT). ERP Control connects via the ODATA API and automatically analyzes both instances.
Visualize the delta and select
The interface displays line by line what differs between the two environments. Select the rows to promote — one or more tables, specific rows, or all of them.
Launch — ERP Control does the rest
The platform resolves dependencies, orchestrates API calls in the correct order, and tracks every operation. Results visible in real time, line by line.

Questions about this module
Everything you need to know about configuration promotion in ERP Control.
ERP Control connects to all your IFS environments via the standard ODATA API — CFG, TRN, UAT, PROD. No ERP modification is required. The connection is configured once in the environment registry.
No — this is a deliberate design choice. PROD is locked by a technical lock tied to the Governance & Approval module. Any promotion to PROD requires explicit validation from a designated approver. This is not organizational — it is technical.
Each row is processed independently and the result (success or failure with a precise error message) is displayed in real time. Failed rows are clearly identified in the session history. You can retry only the failed rows without re-promoting what already succeeded.
ERP Control supports all tables exposed via the IFS ODATA API. The functional tree is configured for standard configuration tables (Finance, Supply Chain, CRM, Project Management, etc.). Additional tables can be added via tree configuration.
The Promotion module is up and running in 2 to 3 days: platform installation, ODATA connection setup to your IFS environments, functional tree configuration, and validation of a first test promotion. The 2-week POC allows validation on your real data.
